    Capri is one that definitely believes in 'fake it til you make it', unfortunately for him though, he's not very good at it. He likes to think himself much tougher than he really is. Truth is, he's a crybaby, for lack of a better word. It doesn't take much to offend him and send him to the verge of tears and he'll say sorry for his existence alone. He also really does like to talk to people, he's scared of them, or looking like a complete loser in front of them. Which might be a justified fear, Capri isn't the most graceful or smooth person in the least.

    If you were to be patient with him, Capri is a pretty pleasant person to be around. He's still awkward of course. Along with that though, he's flat out nice. There's really not a mean bone in his body and if he ever said anything mean he'd apologize a million times over right after. He's also an rather generous sawsbuck and adopts a kind of 'what's mine is yours' mindset. Above all Capri's probably near one of the most forgiving people you could meet. He's could be outright socked in the face and say it's ok as soon as he could. He's a true optimist, but it gets him hurt in more ways than one sometimes.

History:
    In the sleepy town of New Bark, Johto, a seel was born to a dewgong mother and a stuntank father. In a deep need for a name they decided to look to the boy's horoscope sign, but not wanting to call their child Cancer of all things, they decided on Capricorn instead. Though growing up, he always seemed to be overshadowed by his older brother, Teague. He was much more outgoing, stronger and charismatic even as a kid, but none of this bothered Capri while they were growing up. It didn't bother the Pontes parents either as they assumed this was something Capri would grow out of.

    Well....it didn't change as the years went on at all really. Capri was still much more introverted than Teague as they entered school and made friends not as easily as his brother at all. He tried getting into sports, but he couldn't keep up at all. He tried things like clubs, but nothing caught his interest. The sea lion's parents were pressing him to do something to get involved with others, so he finally caved to a few of his friend's wishes and signed up for the drama class at school. Though Capri had a feeling it would only end up like anything else he attempted, it was his last resort. However, this time was much different. Sure he was still awkward and kind of kept to himself, but as he did things for that class it built up his confidence. A little at least. Mom and Dad never seemed to approve too much of it. They had really hoped he'd try and give some sport or something like that another chance. Alas, he really had no intention of that now. 

Ok, so maybe they made it pretty clear they didn't approve. Especially when he decided to keep going with drama through high school. Often times Capri would get "I bet you would do so well in ___" or "Why can't you be more like Teague he'd do this if I asked" and it didn't help his self esteem in the slightest. It stung a little moreso when they'd always go to Teague's games unless it was virtually impossible and never went to any of Capri's performances. He also got regularly teased by his brother's friend group and while it was all in good fun and he knew that, it still hurt some. He was seriously thinking of giving theater things altogether and picking up swimming or something like that when something came in the mail. A letter from a school far off called Armonia? Reading through it, he decided maybe if he had time away from any kind of at home pressure, he'd have an easier time figuring out what he really wanted. So as soon as he could he told his parents and sent in an application in hopes of getting in.
